To position the backrest upright, place the cover’s elastic straps over the backrest hooks. Insert the plastic hooks into the appropriate openings in the base, then lift the backrest. To remove it, push it fully into a horizontal position, release the hooks and separate the backrest from the base. To reinstall the backrest, repeat the steps described above.

First, loosen the car seat harness as much as possible and unbuckle it, then pull the headrest adjustment strap and set the desired height. The headrest should surround your child’s head without being below or above it. Also check that the car seat’s shoulder strap is at the same height as your child’s shoulders. The headrest has 10 adjustment levels.

To remove the car seat from the car, unbuckle the car safety belt and take it out of the guides. Then carefully remove the car seat from the vehicle. The Levi One i-Size car seat is installed forward-facing using the car’s safety belt.

The car seat harness can be hidden when used for a height range of 100–150 cm. Unfasten it using the red buckle button, remove the reducer insert and take off the buckle cover. Undo the metal fasteners on the upper backrest cushion, lift the headrest and cushion, then undo the fasteners on the lower cushion and move it to the right. Place the harness components under the lower backrest cushion, pass the buckle through the opening in the seat cover and hide it under the cover. Finally, adjust the tension of the hidden harness using the strap.

To remove the car seat harness, first remove the reducer insert and take off the buckle cover. Undo the metal fasteners on the upper backrest cushion, then lift the headrest and cushion. Undo the fasteners on the lower backrest cushion and move it to the right. Remove the harness from the metal buckle at the back of the car seat. Finally, pass the harness covers through the loop and remove them through the openings in the backrest.

Remove the cover in stages, starting with the headrest. Undo the metal fasteners at the back of the headrest cover and remove the cover by pulling it upwards. Then remove the backrest cover and the seat base cover in the same way. To put the cover back on, follow these steps in reverse order.

Clean small stains with a damp sponge and a mild cleaning product. Once you have completely removed the cover, you can wash it at temperatures of up to 30°C. Do not tumble-dry it or leave it to dry in direct sunlight. Wipe the plastic components with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding strong cleaning products and bleach.
