Choose a mode according to the stage of your session: massage, expressing or mixed mode. Each offers 9 intensity levels. Massage mode simulates the initial sucking phase, expressing mode the deeper phase, while mixed mode combines both and is designed for expressing any remaining milk.

Wash your hands before assembly and make sure that all parts coming into contact with milk have been sanitised. Place the silicone breast shield on the connector and check that the flange is secured. Fit the silicone membrane onto the connector, making sure that its flange is properly attached. Insert the suction valve fully into the lower opening of the connector, screw on the bottle and connect the main body to the connector at the membrane. If you want to express milk into a bag, first screw the bag adapter onto the bag and then onto the connector.

Charge the Fidi One breast pump before first use, wash your hands and check that it has been assembled correctly. Sit comfortably, press the breast pump firmly against your breast to create a seal and make sure that the milk does not reach the suction valve. Press and hold the power button, start massage mode and set the intensity from 1 to 9. When the milk starts to flow, briefly press the power button, switch to expressing mode and choose a comfortable intensity. At the end of the session, you can use mixed mode. Once finished, press and hold the power button, detach the main body from the connector and unscrew the bottle.

After expressing, seal the container of milk immediately and place it in the fridge or freezer. Milk can be stored in the fridge for 48 hours and in the freezer for 3 months. When freezing, fill the container to a maximum of ¾ of its capacity and do not store milk in the fridge door.

Connect the USB-C cable to the power socket on the side of the main body, then connect the other end to a USB 5V DC 1A adapter, which is not included. A flashing battery indicator means that the device is charging, while a steady indicator showing all bars confirms that it is fully charged. The breast pump can be used while charging, taking particular care, but frequent charging during use may shorten the battery life.

Connect the Fidi One breast pump to the adapter, as the battery may be discharged or may have entered protection mode after being stored for a long time. Fully charge the battery before first use and after a longer period without use. Connecting the device to a power supply activates the battery when it is in protection mode.

First, check that the Fidi One breast pump has been assembled correctly. Make sure that the suction valve is not damaged and that the silicone membrane and silicone breast shield are properly fitted to the device connector. Incorrectly fitted parts may affect suction performance.

Make sure the silicone funnel fits snugly against the breast and that all parts are correctly and fully assembled. If the room temperature is below 15°C, leave the device switched on for approximately 30 seconds before use. Then check the breast pump again.

Adjust the intensity level or change the operating mode to find a more comfortable setting. You can also change the position or placement of the breast. If the pain or discomfort does not go away, consult a doctor.

After each use, disassemble the Fidi One breast pump and rinse the parts that come into contact with the body and milk with cool water. Wash them in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and leave them to dry in a clean place. Before first use, sterilise these parts with boiling water. Afterwards, sterilise them in a dedicated saucepan or boil them for 5 minutes. Do not wash or disinfect the main body or power cable; simply wipe them with a soft cloth.
