Detailed features

Measurement in 1 second

The thermometer works quickly and precisely. Just 1 second is enough to get an accurate measurement result and see whether the temperature is within the normal range or elevated.

4 measurement modes

To make measurements as accurate as possible, the thermometer offers 4 operating modes that account for subtle differences between different types of measurement. FeverScan can measure a child's forehead, an adult's forehead, a child's ear, as well as ambient or food temperature.

Light for night-time measurements

Turning on a light for night-time measurements may wake a sleeping child. To help avoid this while maintaining measurement accuracy, the thermometer's built-in gentle light illuminates the child's ear area.

Measures food temperature

This handy device is also useful at feeding time. There is no need to wait and check by touch whether the food has reached the right temperature for your child. A 1-second measurement with the FeverScan thermometer is all it takes.

Elevated temperature alarm

Parents can be tired or distracted. To reduce the risk of misreading the display, the thermometer uses a special sound and an illuminated LED to indicate when your child's temperature is elevated.

Memory for 40 measurements

Saved results help you track how a fever develops, for example when providing accurate information to a doctor. The device can store up to 40 of the most recent readings.

Silent mode

Silent mode lets you switch off all sounds. This is useful when you want to avoid unnecessary stimulation or accidentally waking a sleeping child.

LED indicator

For quicker interpretation of the result, the thermometer is equipped with an LED indicator. It lights up in 3 colours to show which range the reading falls within.
