To enjoy the benefits of the programme, simply register your product. You can find the registration formhere. Your product must be registered within 90 days of the purchase date.

Yes. Each Lionelo product must be registered separately using the form on this page. Registration is valid only if all fields in the form are completed correctly and a clear proof of purchase showing the product name is attached, such as a receipt, invoice or online purchase confirmation.

The warranty covers all Lionelo products and applies only to manufacturing defects and defects arising during normal use. You can find the full list of exclusions in the terms and conditions

  1. Customers who purchased a product before 1 January 2021 can use the standard 5-year warranty.
  2. Customers who purchased a product between 1 January 2021 and 24 November 2024 are eligible for the 12-year warranty (2 + 10 years) without having to register the product.
  3. Customers who purchased a product after the launch of the Lionelo Protect programme on 25 November 2024 can enjoy all programme benefits — including the 12-year warranty — after registering their product.

The product will not be covered by the Lionelo Protect programme, so it will not qualify for the 12-year warranty or additional services. In this case, the standard manufacturer’s warranty applies for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Submit a claim online via the Lionelo claims page. This is the first step in starting the entire process.

If your car seat has been involved in a road accident or collision, complete the accident replacement form and attach the required documents. Once your claim has been verified, we will send you a new car seat by courier.

Submit your replacement request immediately—even if the car seat appears undamaged, its safety systems may no longer work as effectively after a collision.
