Designed to grow with your child

The Lionelo Moxie Next i-Size is the second car seat in the modular system—the next stage after the Moxie i-Size infant carrier. The system is based on one shared base, so you do not need to look for separate solutions: simply change the car seat as your child moves on to the next stage of travelling. The Lionelo Moxie Next i-Size is compatible with the rotating base, which must be purchased separately.

Rear-facing or forward-facing

You can install the car seat RWF from 40 to 105 cm or FWF from 76 to 105 cm. In both positions, the 5-level recline adjustment lets you adapt the backrest. These functions, together with correct installation, are provided by the 360° rotating Moxie Plus i-Size Base or Moxie i-Size Base, available separately.

With you for years

You get a car seat that can accompany your child from birth to around 4 years of age, so you do not need to look for another solution for a long time. The integrated 8-level headrest and harness height adjustment lets you quickly adapt the fit as your child grows.

Natural fabric

The cover features natural bamboo fabric, with 60% bamboo material, to help provide greater comfort for your child during car journeys. The fabric is breathable and pleasant to the touch, helping your child sweat less and travel more comfortably.

More peaceful journeys from the first months

The shell with a ventilation system also improves air circulation in the car seat. The breathable reducer insert with a lumbar insert in the Dri-Seat system helps you adjust the car seat to your child's body, providing comfortable and stable support from the first months.

Reinforced shell

The car seat features advanced side protection with a SIP system, which helps provide better protection for your child in side impacts. The sturdy PP plastic shell, additionally reinforced with EPP and Memory Foam, increases the durability of the entire construction and supports the comfort of your little passenger.

How do I install the Moxie Next i-Size base in the car?

Start by extending the support leg as far as it will go. First, position it at an angle of approximately 45°, pull it forwards, then set it at a 90° angle and place the base on the car seat.

How is the Moxie Next i-Size car seat installed in the rear-facing position?

In the rear-facing position, the car seat is installed on the Moxie Plus I-Size Base using ISOFIX and the support leg. The child is secured with the car seat safety harness.

How do I adjust the headrest height for a growing child?

Adjust the headrest height using the lever at the back, moving it up or down to one of 8 levels. The shoulder straps should enter the backrest at the child's shoulder height or slightly above it; the protective pads can be adjusted using the hook-and-loop fasteners.

How do I adjust the seat recline for everyday use?

Press the adjustment lever and set the seat to the desired position to change the inclination. The car seat has 5 inclination adjustment levels in both the forward-facing and rear-facing positions.

How long should a child use the reducer insert?

A child up to 75 cm tall must use the reducer insert; above 75 cm, it should be removed. The insert has an additional lumbar insert, which can be removed as the child grows.

How do I secure a child in the car seat?

First, rotate the car seat 90° to the position that lets you place the child in it; this position must not be used while travelling. Loosen and unfasten the harness, place the child in the seat, adjust the headrest with integrated harness height adjustment, then connect the harness connectors in the buckle.

How do I unfasten the car seat harness before taking the child out?

First, loosen the harness by pressing the tension adjustment button and pulling the straps. Then move the red buckle lever down, slide out the harness connectors and unfasten them.

How do I remove the car seat base after a journey?

First remove the car seat using the release button. The installation indicator will turn red. Extend the support leg, release the ISOFIX arms on both sides, retract them into the base and fold the leg.

How do I remove the car seat cover for washing or cleaning?

Unfasten the harness, then remove the reducer insert, protective pads and buckle cover. Raise the headrest and remove its cover. Thread the buckle through the opening, open the fasteners on the central cover, remove the harness and take off the entire cover. Refit everything in reverse order.

What can I safely use to clean the plastic parts of the car seat?

Clean the plastic parts with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use strong detergents or bleach.
