Lead time - from the time the order is placed the order until it is dispatched. For prepaid orders, the processing time is calculated from the moment of confirmation of payment.

Delivery time - indicative approximate time from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier until it is delivered to your door.

Order delivery time - approximate time from order payment to delivery to your door.

Orders placed by 11am are dispatched the same day.

Additional information:

  • Times are given in working days.
  • Orders are processed on working days.
  • Shipments sent by courier service, are usually delivered the next working day after the dispatch from the warehouse, no later than 2 working days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays from Monday to Friday, usually between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Payment methods

You can pay online using the same debit or credit card you use in a physical store.

Pay conveniently using your PayPal account without entering your card details directly in our store.
