The Lars i-Size car seat is installed forward-facing using the vehicle’s 3-point seat belt. Place the car seat on the vehicle seat, pull the belt out as far as possible and press the car seat against the seat back. Place your child in the car seat, then adjust the headrest height. Route the belt through the shoulder-belt guides under the headrest and the lap-belt guides. Pass both sections of the belt under the armrest and fasten it, checking that the belt is not twisted. Tighten the belt so that it lies snugly against your child’s body without causing discomfort, with the lap section positioned low through the guide.
