Black Deals -15% Promotion Terms and Conditions

§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of the Black Deals -15% promotion in the online store available at lionelo.com.
  2. The promotional campaign is organised by BrandLine Group sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Adama Kręglewskiego 1, 61-248 Poznań, entered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), under KRS number 0000672496, NIP 7792469288.
  3. The promotional campaign, under which the discount is applied in the shopping cart, runs from 2 November 2026 to 15 November 2026, inclusive.

§2. Rules for using the promotion

  1. The promotion covers selected products available in the online store lionelo.com, whose prices have been reduced
  2. The promotion applies exclusively to products available at lionelo.com in the Black Deals category and marked as included in the promotion
  3. Promotional prices apply exclusively during the promotion period.
  4. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or special offers unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise
  5. The promotional price is displayed on the product page and applied automatically when placing an order.

§3. Restrictions

  1. The applied discount cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent or any other benefit.
  2. The applied discount does not constitute a means of payment.
  3. Other discount codes cannot be used together with the applied discount in a single purchase.
  4. The promotion applies exclusively to orders placed via the website lionelo.com.

§4. Returns and complaints

  1. Products purchased as part of the Black Deals -15% promotion may be returned or be subject to a complaint in accordance with the general rules set out in the terms and conditions of the lionelo.com online store.
  2. If a product purchased as part of the promotion is returned, the amount actually paid by the Customer after the discount has been applied will be refunded.

§5. Final provisions

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to end the promotion or change its rules at any time without affecting the rights of Customers who have already used the discount code.
  2. In matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are available at lionelo.com.
