Prepare the required documents

To use the service, you will need to provide the following documents:

• proof of purchase,
  
• the police report from the car accident,
  
• confirmation that the motor insurance claim has been reported to your insurer,
  
• photographs from the scene of the accident.

Complete the form

In the dedicated claim form, you will need to provide your contact details, information about the collision and details of the car seat involved in the incident.

Free collection by courier

Once your claim has been approved, Lionelo will arrange for the reported car seat to be collected free of charge by courier. You will receive a ready-to-print shipping label to attach to the parcel before it is collected.
