Start by placing the bouncer securely on a flat surface. Unfold the legs, then fit the sound module onto the frame until you hear a click. Raise the seat frames, fit the fabric cover and fasten the hook-and-loop strap underneath it.

To replace the batteries, loosen the screw securing the compartment with a screwdriver and remove the cover. Insert four LR14 batteries, paying attention to their polarity; alkaline batteries are recommended. Finally, replace the cover and tighten the screw without applying excessive force.

Connect the USB cable to the bouncer’s sound module and the other end to a suitable mains power adapter. The adapter is not included. It should have input parameters of 100–240 V ~ 50/60 Hz 0.3 A and an output of 5 V 1000 mA.

Pressing the music button successively starts a melody at low volume, increases the volume and stops playback. The timer lets you set the rocking to switch off after 15, 30 or 45 minutes; if no time is set, the device switches off after 60 minutes. Weak movement, distorted sound or faded markings may indicate that the batteries need replacing.

To prepare Otto for storage or transport, raise both seat frames. Disconnect the control module from the bouncer frame and lift it, then bring the product’s legs together. Finally, secure the folded bouncer with the assembly strap located on the back of the cover.

A flashing indicator may mean that the batteries are low or that the power adapter is damaged. Replace the batteries, or replace the adapter if you are using mains power. This helps you check both indicated causes of the problem.

The rocking motion may stop once the set operating time has elapsed. Turn it off using the dial and then restart it, or disable the rocking timer setting. Both solutions restart the product, while changing the operating time and rocking speed.

First, check that the four LR14 batteries have been inserted with the correct polarity and reinsert them if necessary. When using mains power, make sure the power adapter and cable are connected correctly. Also check that the adapter is properly plugged into a live socket.

Yes, the rocking and music playback times can be adjusted independently. This means the music can finish while the product is still rocking, or the rocking can stop while the music is still playing. The settings let you adjust both modes to suit the moment.

Hand-wash the cushion and seat cover at a temperature of up to 40°C. Wipe the bar and frames with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. After cleaning, wipe the components dry.
