The car seat is installed rear-facing for the 40–105 cm range using ISOFIX and the support leg. Children below 76 cm should use the reducer insert. Extend the leg, set the anti-rotation bar, anchor the ISOFIX arms and check the green indicators on both sides. Push the base against the backrest, adjust the leg so that it rests firmly on the floor, and confirm the green leg indicator. After securing your child, rotate the seat to the rear-facing position until it clicks into place and select one of the 5 inclination positions.

The car seat is installed forward-facing from 76 cm child height. First, fold the support leg, remove the car seat harness and turn the seat forward until you hear a click. For ISOFIX installation, anchor the arms to the vehicle seat anchors and check the green indicators; installation using the vehicle seat belt is also possible. Guide the shoulder belt through the headrest guide and the lap belt through the lower guide, fasten it and check that it is tight and not twisted. Finally, you can select one of the 5 inclination positions.

The buckle alarm emits a short audible signal when the car seat harness is unfastened. It informs the parent if the child unexpectedly releases the harness. The alarm is located in the harness buckle.

To replace the battery, use a screwdriver to unscrew the cover on the back of the buckle. Then replace the battery and screw the cover back into place. This allows the buckle to use the audible alarm function again.

Before removal, press the support leg adjustment button and slide in its extendable section. The latch indicator will turn red. Then fold the leg, hiding it inside the car seat base.

You can store the harness under the seat cover to prepare the car seat for the next usage stage. Loosen and unfasten the 5-point harness, then undo the metal fasteners on the backrest cover. Remove the harness covers and store this part of the harness, together with the metal connectors, under the seat cover. Remove the buckle from the crotch pad, pass it through the opening in the cover and place it in the compartment in the seat. Close the compartment and refit the cover. To remove the harness, follow these steps in reverse order.

To remove the harness, first move the headrest to its highest position and loosen the harness as much as possible. Unfasten the buckle, open the instruction manual compartment and remove the harness from the metal lever and metal buckle inside. Undo the fasteners on the backrest cover, pull out the shoulder straps from the front, and store the lap straps under the cover together with the metal connectors. Remove the buckle from the crotch pad, place it in the compartment under the seat cover and fasten the cover components again.

The anti-rotation bar can only be adjusted when the car seat is installed in the rear-facing position. Press the bar adjustment button and set it to one of the two available positions. Changing the setting helps you fit the bar to the vehicle seat and increase the space for your child’s legs.

Set the headrest at the height of your child’s shoulders so that the shoulder straps are positioned correctly. Hold the harness tension adjustment button and loosen the harness, then pull the headrest adjustment lever. The car seat has 12 headrest adjustment levels integrated with the harness height adjustment. The harness should not run at ear level or above, or be positioned too low behind your child’s back.

To change the recline, press the adjustment lever and set the seat to the desired position. Gently move the seat until you hear a clear click confirming that it is locked in place. The car seat offers 5 recline levels both rear-facing and forward-facing. When rear-facing, use the reclined position.

The seat can rotate 90 degrees, making it easier to place your child in the car seat or take them out. Press the seat rotation button and turn the car seat sideways. Once your child is seated, press the button again and position the seat rear-facing or forward-facing. Finally, try moving the seat—the correctly anchored seat should not change position.

The cover is removable and can be machine washed. Set the headrest to its highest position, unfasten the harness and remove the harness shoulder pads. Start with the headrest cover by undoing the metal fasteners, then undo the fasteners and remove the remaining cover elements. To put the cover back on, follow these steps in reverse order.
