Fidi Plus White Breast pump

Select the mode using the operating mode button while using the Fidi Plus breast pump. You can choose from massage, expressing and mixed modes. Each mode has 9 intensity levels. Adjust the current level using the decrease and increase buttons.

Before assembling the pump, wash your hands and disinfect the parts that come into contact with milk using boiling water. Attach the silicone funnel to the connector, checking that its flange is properly secured, and use the insert 24 or 20 mm if necessary. Then fit the silicone membrane and push the suction valve fully into the lower opening of the connector. Tighten the milk bottle, then connect the main body to the connector at the membrane. If you want to express milk directly into a bag, screw the adapter onto the bag and attach the assembly to the connector.

Sit in a normal, comfortable position, press the Fidi Plus breast pump firmly against your breast and switch it on by holding the button for 2 seconds. The device starts in massage mode and switches to expressing mode after 2 minutes. Set the intensity level from 1 to 9 using the decrease and increase buttons. When expressing becomes less effective, you can switch the device to mixed mode. To switch off the breast pump, hold the power button for around 2 seconds.

Seal expressed milk immediately and place it in the refrigerator. Do not store it at room temperature of 16–29°C. It can be stored in a refrigerator at 4°C for 3–5 days, or in a freezer at -16°C for up to 6 months. Do not place the container in the refrigerator door.

Defrost the milk naturally in the refrigerator or under warm running water at a temperature of up to 37°C. Before feeding, gently shake the container to mix the milk evenly. Do not use a microwave or boiling water. Once defrosted, do not refreeze the milk or store it at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Connect the DC plug of the cable to the socket on the side of the Fidi Plus breast pump body, and connect the USB plug to a DC5V/1A adapter, which is not included in the set. A flashing green indicator means that the device is charging, while a steady green light indicates that it is fully charged. A yellow indicator signals that more than half of the battery charge has been used, while a red indicator signals a low battery level. The breast pump can be used while charging, although frequent charging during operation may shorten the battery life.

Connect the Fidi Plus breast pump to the adapter, as the battery may have discharged or entered protection mode after being stored for a long time. Before first use and after a prolonged period without use, charge the battery fully.

First, check that the silicone breast shield fits snugly against your breast and that all parts are correctly and fully assembled. If the room temperature is lower than 15°C, leave the device switched on for around 30 seconds before starting to express milk.

The E1 message means that an adapter with a voltage higher than 5V was used for charging. The Fidi Plus breast pump protects itself against overvoltage and will not charge. Connect the 5V adapter to resume standard charging.

Reduce the intensity level, change the operating mode, or adjust your position and the position of your breast. If pain or discomfort while using the Fidi Plus breast pump does not subside, consult a doctor.

Wipe the main body and power cable with a soft cloth. Do not wash or disinfect them, as they do not come into contact with milk. Wash the parts that come into contact with your body and milk separately. Do not use sharp tools on the silicone components. Remove the valve carefully and wash it with clean water, without inserting your finger or any other objects into it. Protect the valve and silicone membrane from damage, as this could interfere with the device's operation.

Before first use, wash all parts of the Fidi Plus breast pump except the main body with a cleaning agent, then sterilise them in boiling water. After disinfection, follow the washing and drying instructions for each component.

After each use, disassemble the Fidi Plus breast pump and rinse the parts that come into contact with your body and milk with cool water. Soak them in water with a mild detergent for 5–10 minutes, wash them with a soft cloth or gentle brush, then rinse them separately under clean running water. Leave the parts to dry in a clean place. Store them in a clean bag or container until the next use.

Disassemble the Fidi Plus breast pump every day and wipe the main body with a dry, soft cloth. Place the bottle, T-piece, valve, membrane, silicone breast shield and collector in boiling water for 10 minutes. All components should be submerged and must not touch the dry part of the container. After disinfection, rinse them under running water and leave them to dry completely on a clean cloth or dish-drying rack.
